We truly appreciate your support and hope you love your handmade items! Each piece is crafted with love and care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below.
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose between:

A refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees), or
-
A store credit for the full item amount, which you can use any time.
🔁 Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for non-custom items if you’d prefer a different item, color, or size (when applicable). To arrange an exchange:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The original item must be returned in its original condition.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping, as well as any price differences.
🚫 Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Due to their made-to-order nature, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items.
If your custom piece arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end, please contact us within 5 days — we’ll make it right!
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll happily replace the item or offer a refund as needed.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
